Precise Peb Pvt Ltd Industries is involved in Pre Engineering Building, Heavy Steel Fabrication, Assembly of Steel Structures, Material handling Equipment and Industrial Process Equipments for cement, sugar, power, chemical, metallurgical, fertilizer and petrochemical industry. Presently manufacturing facilities spread over 44000 sq.ft Area & 15000 sq.ft workshops, having monthly production capacity of 200 Ton and workforce of around 50 employees. Workshops are endowed with modern machinery and equipment to maximize automation. With a national network of dependable vendors, we ensure smooth progress of work on our shop floor to honor our most commitment of ‘TIMELY DELIVERY’

Sand blasting

Sand blasting is also known as abrasive blasting, which is a generic term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds, the effect is similar to that of using sandpaper, but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies. Sandblasting equipment typically consists of a chamber in which sand and air are mixed. The mixture travels through a hand-held nozzle to direct the particles toward the surface or work piece.

Painting

Industrial paint has two purposes Firstly, it provides a protective coating for the substrate against chemical and physical attack. Secondly it gives the product a pleasing appearance and this increases its value. The appearance of a product is often subjective and therefore is more important when marketing the product than when choosing the type of protection required. This section concentrates on paint as a method of protection. We will focus on finding the correct paint system for each of the different environments where paint is used.

Surface Preparation

Preparation is very important to get a good result. A badly prepared surface painted with a high quality paint has normally worse results than a cheaper paint with a correctly prepared surface. The type of material, the condition of the surface (presence of oxid, or previous old paint coats), size of the part and cost of the operation indicates the preparation you need.
